Tire Industry Turn-Up Bladders

Polymer Industrial Products Company, LLC has produced Turn Up Bladders, the gum or reinforced membranes that inflate and roll over or turn up the fabric reinforced and gum plies around the bead of a tire, for many different Tire Building Machine, Tire Assembly Machines for over 30 years.  Currently we manufacture Turn Up Bladders that cover tire sizes from 4” to 50”.  Whether the tire building process is a single stage or a dual stage system PIPCO has experience with all types and styles of Turn Up Bladders.  We will work with each customer to custom manufacture the right Turn Up Bladder for their tires.
