Tire Industry Curing Bladders

Curing Bladders are a flexible membrane that forms the inside surface of a tire during the tire curing/vulcanizing process. For more than 30 years Polymer Industrial Products Company, LLC has been producing Curing Bladders, Curing Bags or Curing Diaphragms for a wide range of tires.  From bias tires to radial tires, medium truck to passenger tires, construction to agricultural tires, and aircraft tires, PIPCO has experience in both manufacturing and design of Curing Bladders.  We have developed several different compounds to suit the needs of our customers.  Our in house lab continually tests our compounds for quality assurance.
